Grace Ministries offers coaching on a donation basis. The suggested donation for each session is $90 and we do encourage people to give something after each appointment. We will, however, work with anyone who is serious about seeking help, regardless of their current financial condition and won't turn anyone away for financial reasons. We do encourage that you give some amount with each appointment. * There is a separate charge for some materials that are assigned for homework, and you may also be asked to take an online assessment at a cost of $30.

Generally, you can count on between ten and twenty visits. Each session will last about an hour to an hour and a half, but this can vary.

All Grace Ministries staff coaches have been trained through Grace Ministries True Life Advanced training and mentoring. Grace Ministries is a 'ministry' and does not require counseling staff to be licensed professional counselors. Meet the Team

True Life Cafe Coaches meet with clients online and in person. We have coaches available to meet in-person in Manassas, Warrenton, Woodbridge and Lynchburg, Virginia. Online Coaching is typically on a HIPPA Compliant

We typically only coach adults, however, we would be willing to discuss your individual need and offer options including referring you to another counselor who specializes in working with younger people. Referrals
